Claudia Booker BS, CPT - Personal Trainer

When I was nine I lost my father to a fatal heart attack. This loss created emotional issues that lead to anorexia. At my thinnest I weighed 80lbs. These are the two struggles that brought me to a career in health and fitness. I know what it is to struggle with feeling good and being healthy. I also know what it's like to overcome those obstacles to become fit and strong, both mentally and physically. I've learned to nourish my body, not abuse it. So no matter what your needs or goals, I will guide you through your journey towards fitness and wellness with understanding, education and support. My approach is always overall health; a healthy diet, healthy exercise and a healthy emotional outlook.
I have experience in many environments including corporate, private, and commercial. I've worked with a populations of all ages, men and women and fitness levels ranging from athletes to special needs. I always say that it's called "Personal" Training for a reason. Every client is different, and their program should be designed personally and specifically for them.
