To get started on our weight loss program:
- Nutrition Assessment. Call (571-241-7000) or email our office to schedule an initial office visit or phone consult. We will help you determine if this is the right weight loss option for you. You will also receive the program guide at this time.
- Read the 5-and-1 program brochure
 or for more detailed program information view the quick start guide .
- Order Food. Click here to view the discount options.
- Option #1: Order from www.nuweights.tsfl.com (Click the "Shop Online" tab)
- Option #2: Call 1-800-572-4417. Press 1 to speak with a customer service representative. Tell the rep Christine Haas is your health coach ID# 17166701.
- Option #3: Call 571-241-7000 and our office can process your order for you.
Christine Haas MS CNS CPT will see an order was placed and will contact you in a few days to make sure you have received your food and are on the right track to successful weight loss.

- No coupon code necessary
- Select the "Make this a BeSlim Order" over the phone or in the Shopping Cart during Checkout
- Can be a member of the BeSlim Club for as long as desired, but savings increase over length of membership. 5% discount first 3 months, 8% discount next 3 months and 12% discount from then on
