Our weight loss program is for patients that
need to lose weight as quickly and safely as possible. Clinically
proven by Johns Hopkins University, our
weight loss program has helped our patients lose more weight
than other weight loss methods they have tried in the past, and
has helped many become free of their blood pressure and adult
onset diabetes medications. Our females typically lose 13-15 pounds
a month on the program and our males typically lose 15-20 pounds
a month on our program. Our program is also very
affordable, and our patients see immediate results without hunger.
Our program is a combination of low calorie, low fat nutritionally
balanced meal replacement products and real food with nutrition
counseling with a licensed dietitian nutritionist provided to
meet your individualized health and weight loss needs. There are
three easy to follow stages to help you lose the weight quickly
and safely and keep it off; the weight loss phase, transition
phase and weight maintenance phase. There is no counting
calories, carbohydrates or points. It is all done for you.

I have tried diets before. What is so different about
your weight loss program?
We take the worry out of portion control and temptation by using
balanced meals. You will be eating six times a day and will not
feel deprived. We will provide you with the support, guidance,
skills and other tools you need for long-term success. You also
lose weight quicker than other programs which gives you the motivation
to continue, and then transition to maintain your new weight.
The meal plan typically consists of 5 meals a day, delivered to
your door and 1 meat and vegetable meal prepared at home or in
a restaurant. A vegetarian program is also available. When you
become 5-10 pounds from your goal weight, we will teach you how
to transition back to real foods and maintain your weight loss
for life.

Our dietitian nutritionists will help you determine if you are a good candidate for this program, take your weight
and BMI, and help you determine a healthy weight goal and the amount of weight you will lose with this program.
We will also explain the program protocols and spend time addressing your questions and concerns. All sessions
are performed in a professional one-on-one medical office setting. One of our health coaches will also contact you
by phone or email weekly. There is no charge for phone and email exchanges with one of our dietitian nutritionists
while you are on the weight management program.

Option #2: Over the Phone: One of our licensed dietitian nutritionists
will explain the program and help you get started over the phone at no charge.
Please contact us the first day you start the program so we can help make sure you are
on the right track. One of our dietitian nutritionists is available by phone and email
to answer any questions you have while on the weight management program. One of our
health coaches will also check in with you weekly to help you stay accountable. There is
no cost for phone and email exchanges with our health coaches while you are on the weight
management program.
