Personal Training

Our trainers can come to a place most convenient for you. If you want to train at one of our preferred gyms, click here to view our locations.

At your first personal training session, we will spend an hour discussing your fitness goals and asking questions about your health background. We will also ask you to perform a few exercises so we can assess your fitness needs. This will help us design an effective cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training program to fit your unique lifestyle and goals.

Do not worry if you do not have exercise equipment. We will bring all that you need for an effective workout. This includes dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, tubing, balance equipment and other portable gear. If you have a certain type of equipment you prefer to use, we can work it into your personal training program.

For your first appointment it is important you dress in loose workout clothing that may be pulled above the thigh and shoulder.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
