TSFL Weight Loss Program

The Take Shape For Life weight loss program is for patients that need to lose weight as quickly and safely as possible. Clinically proven by John Hopkins University, The Take Shape For Life weight loss program has helped our patients lose more weight than other weight loss methods they have tried in the past, and has helped many become free of their blood pressure and adult onset diabetes medications. A 15-20 pound weight loss each month on this program is typical. Take Shape for Life is also very affordable, and our patients see immediate results without hunger.

Take Shape of Life is a combination of low calorie, low fat nutritionally balanced meal replacement products and real food. Nutrition counseling is provided at no cost to meet your individualized health and weight loss needs. There are three easy to follow stages to help you lose the weight quickly and safely and keep it off; the weight loss phase, transition phase and weight maintenance phase. There is no counting calories, carbohydrates or points. It is all done for you.

I have tried diets before. What is so different about the Take Shape For Life weight loss program?

We take the worry out of portion control and temptation by using balanced meals. You will be eating six times a day and will not feel deprived. We will provide you with the support, guidance, skills and other tools you need for long-term success.

Who can benefit from this program?

If you are struggling with being overweight, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure or joint pain or if you have tried every weight loss program or method out there and the last 10-20 pounds will just not budge this program is designed for you.

How does our program work?

1 - Assessment

We will meet with you for an initial nutrition assessment in the office or over the phone to discuss whether this weight loss program is the best option for your weight loss and health goals.

2 - Weight Loss Phase

We will get you started on a meal plan typically consisting of 5 meals a day, delivered to your door and 1 meat (or vegetarian substitute) and vegetable meal prepared at home or in a restaurant. We will assess your weight and body composition and consult with you weekly in the office or over the phone to make sure you are on the right track. 4-5 pounds a week is typically lost during this phase.

3 - We Teach You How to Keep It Off

When you become 5-10 pounds from your goal weight, we will continue to check-in with you weekly and teach you how to transition back to real foods and maintain your weight loss for life.
